The bluetooth mouse keeps getting disconnected every 5minutes.
I tried disabling power saving on bluetooth with TLP but didn’t managed to.
Could you help/guide me on that?

I tried both when I was trying to fix it. Now I just gave up 
My experience: The mouse will connect after a fresh new install of the OS. (I am testing OS’es so a new OS every day)
So in my opinion you wil have to remove all traces of the mouse from your computer before a new connection is possible. But I did not need to try that myself so I cannot help you find more of this solution.
