Apps not responsive on Wayland since update to Fedora 41

Recently I updated from Fedora 40 to 41 and I noticed, that apps are very unresponsive when I am on Wayland.

Mouse movement is responsive and fluent, but GUI seems to work with some latency and with very low framerate. (when I scroll through files in Nautilus, or move mouse over icons in the dock).

Switching to Xorg helped with this issue.

How could I fix it for Wayland?

My config:

Fedora 41
Asus ROG Flow X13
CPU: Ryzen 7 6800HS
dGPU: RTX 3050Ti (but it should not be used in this case, no apps use it according to nvtop)

I also had some problems with artifacts and applied fix from: F41 The screen flickers and shows visual artifacts when I type or scroll - #2 by litemotiv

I rebooted to 6.11 kernel (fc40) and issue still exists.

It does not seem to be a drives issue but a config-related one. (I tried switching to amd-only and nvidia-only drivers with no success)
