Applications can't use nvidia d-gpu after driver update

I use fedora 38 on a laptop with a nvidia dedicated gpu. After updating to driver 535.129.03 today, none of my games or emulators recognize my nvidia card and default to my intel integrated gpu. Anyone having the same issues?

Here is my nvidia-smi output:

The solution was to update the flatpak nvidia drivers
