I am new to linux and I use fedora .
What kind of book or website can I read ?
This is probably a good place to start. Also a lot of times I find that just Googling something will bring up some relevant information. But not always…
It depends on your needs. Do you need to become a certified system administrator? Do you need to code in some programming language? If you only need to use the PC for browsing the Internet, sending email, edit some document, then you don’t need any book, you just learn by doing and when you get stuck on something, just make a search. Traditionally there are two main sources of information, documentation (from whoever publishes the software, from distributions like Debian or Arch, Fedora not so much IMO) and public places like forums and alike. You just ask “how can I do this?” and somebody will tell.
I want to learn about server and webside setup and data processing
Be careful with AI clickbait. Many of my colleagues have found https://LinuxCommand.org useful. It is written by a human and has benefitted from years of users’ questions and suggestions. Most people read enough to get an idea of what it contains, then refer to when they need help using command line tools.
Just start using it for your day-to-day tasks and ask here if you have any questions.
Also have a look at https://fedoramagazine.org/, there is some interesting articles
Isn’t that how Slackware works. My very first system was Slackware and I had to write a config file so I could run X11. Pretty crazy stuff. Yeah I don’t mind building things. Even compiling source code. It can be fun to do.
Wow. I only started in '95. You have me beat.
