- Panel discussion can be more interesting and interactive. Because we can ask questions etc.
- +1 to have a panel discussion inviting other FOSS communities on how DEI works in their communities
- Idea for a session: Newcomers, how to improve the onboarding process, what works well, etc. Maybe as panel discussion with mentees for Outreachy/GSoC/Join SIG etc.
