The defaults should be the best for general use.
If you have a particular work load then you might need to tune things differently.
But first see if you can detect an issue using the defaults.
I used to do swappiness 0
since I’d rather see my physical RAM maxed before going to slower swap (just an idea and wasn’t an actual solution to anything), but nowadays I just keep it default (was 60
iirc)
