Scaling on chrome and vs code is way too big. How do I fix this?
What does Ctrl + + or Ctrl + - do if you press it?
You also can try Ctrl and the mouse wheel.
@agrgin0 are this flatpak apps ?

It fixes it somewhat, but doesn’t change the title bar.
Can you check Settings > Displays to make sure your window scaling is right. Also the resolution of your screen with the right aspect ration (16:9) or (4:3)
I have used this command in the past to enable fractional scaling. Might help you. Worked with Silverblue and GNOME.
gsettings set org.gnome.mutter experimental-features "['scale-monitor-framebuffer']"
