Why fedora is slow to start after suspend or hibernate is it a problem with fedora or with the desktop enviroment(Cinnamon)

desktop enviroment: Cinnamon
laptop: hp,intel i3 4gb ram

Please see if the journal says anything when you wake your system from suspend. If you can paste the related lines here, we can have a look.
