Whenever I start a Discord call, a speaker icon also appears next to the Bitwarden icon. I never imagined that Bitwarden could have any relationship with the sound system.

How did you install it?
This could mean it interacts with pipewire or pulseaudio, for playing notifications or so
or it could be due to some IPC thing that enables it to fill in passwords in other things.
I used Plasma Discover to install it, nothing fancy.
From what source? What package format?
To install it, I opened Plasma Discover, searched for “bitwarden,” and clicked the “Install” button.
As for the package format, I searched for Bitwarden again in Discover, and it says “Flatpak.”
