`/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize=no` using CPU on idle

/usr/bin/pulseaudio --daemonize=no is using CPU on idle (no music playing, nothing). It has 7 processes spawned and it is using 2-30% of CPU per ca 2 process. Can I fix that?
Usage is shown in htop. Processes that eat cpu change depending on which output is active.

Update:
If I wait for couple of minutes, it lowers to 5-6% and stays there.

today it looks fine, hmm.
Will keep monitoring
