Upgrading to silverblue 37 (from 36)

I’m on 36 silverblue

when trying to upgrade from Gnome Software, the upgrade fails and a traslucid black popup widow carries this message:

"Impossibile avanzare a Fedora Linux 37

Could not depsolve transaction; 1 problem detected:
Problem: conflicting requests

• nothing provides system-release(36) neede by rpmfusion-free-release-36-0.2.noarch"

What am I supposed to do ?

I’m sharing here a tip that I’ve just found to make it simpler for major update for RPM Fusion users on Silverblue and other rpm-ostree based variants.
