Update kde-connect downgrade pulseaudio-qt and break dependencies

Hey guys!

After i updated (today) kde-connect downgraded pulseaudio-qt (1.3-2.fc35) to 1.2-6.fc35

And

Problem: package kde-connect-libs-21.12.2-1.fc35.x86_64 requires libKF5PulseAudioQt.so.2()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed

  • cannot install both pulseaudio-qt-1.3-2.fc35.x86_64 and pulseaudio-qt-1.2-6.fc35.x86_64
  • cannot install the best update candidate for package pulseaudio-qt-1.2-6.fc35.x86_64
  • cannot install the best update candidate for package kde-connect-libs-21.12.2-1.fc35.x86_64

Confirmed in others systems. (And fresh/default one too)

Can anyone confirm or give me a hand?

Many Thanks!

Easy solve will be just install kde connect from flathub

flatpak install flathub com.github.bajoja.indicator-kdeconnect

It will solve the dependency conflict.

A better fix may be just wait a day or 2 and then do the upgrade again. It seems likely the mirror you used was not 100% up to date so that one needed package had not yet been synced on the mirror and it will be shortly.
