System update error xmake-data package

I have posted an issue in the github repo for xmake, a build tool I require. Here is the link with detailed terminal output. The project creator says xmake does not depend on powershell. Is there a problem in the latest version of the package? How can I fix this?

$ sudo dnf update
[sudo] password for paul:
Fedora 40 - x86_64 - Updates                                                 75 kB/s |  59 kB     00:00
Fedora 40 - x86_64 - Updates                                                2.7 MB/s | 3.9 MB     00:01

Dependencies resolved.

Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package xmake-data-2.9.4-1.fc40.noarch
  - nothing provides /usr/bin/pwsh needed by xmake-data-2.9.5-1.fc40.noarch from updates
Problem 2: package xmake-2.9.5-1.fc40.x86_64 from updates requires xmake-data = 2.9.5-1.fc40, but none of the providers can be installed
  - cannot install the best update candidate for package xmake-2.9.4-1.fc40.x86_64
  - nothing provides /usr/bin/pwsh needed by xmake-data-2.9.5-1.fc40.noarch from updates

I took a look on koji xmake-2.9.5-1.fc40.src | RPM Info | koji and do not see pesh listed as a dependency.
