SSSD couldn't load the configuration database [2]: No such file or directory. how to resolve this?

i have tried reinstalling the sssd service but can’t figure out the solution

Looks like you haven’t setup sssd yet. It minimally needs a config file at /etc/sssd/sssd.conf. How you configure that depends on how you’re trying to handle authentication (AD, LDAP, etc), but you might refer to the Fedora Sys Admin Guide:
