Gotcha, I’ll take a look at paths and settings. Gems shouldn’t be installed with root, so the path question is thornier than with a rpm package (which I assume clangd is?). It’s a bit confusing to me that the terminal finds the executable while the extension doesn’t, but I guess it’s because the terminal loads .zshrc and the extension doesn’t. Is anyone else having issues with using ssh for git in VSCode when following @jurf’s method?
I’m getting the error git@github.com: Permission denied (publickey)

I’m not sure what is causing it, it works OK when in a terminal so I am assuming it may be a flatpak issue?
EDIT: This seems to be a bug with VSCode itself.
