(Shim?) test update blocks boot?

I am just now trying to start my machine again after upgrading this morning and finding thatI ma not able to boot and get to decrypting my disk:
I am running into

ERROR
Verification failed: (0x1A) Security Violation

There is an option for me to select a key or a hash from my disk, but I have no idea what’s going on here and without access to a real machine right now, it’s hard for me to start tracking this down.

Thanks

Do you have updates-testing enabled? This was an update that was pushed to testing but should not have made it to users:

The only fix I know of is to disable secure boot from bios temporarily so you can boot into Fedora and then either downgrade grub2 or update to install the next update which looks to be correctly signed:

sudo dnf downgrade \*grub2\*

Yes, I had updates-testing enabled.
