If I try to contribute to the project wiki and attempt to logon I see

How and were do I sign the FPCA?

1. Logon to https://accounts.fedoraproject.org/
2. Edit the profile
3. under Agreements sign the Fedora Project Contributor Agreement

After I signed the agreement the error is still reported

It looks like that you also need to be in the contributor group (FAS) to use this resources.
For now i just see that you agreed with the Contributors Agreement.

I guess this is also the reason why you get the pagure error.
