We need more details to understand what went wrong. You should provide details as text – screen captures won’t help others with similar issues find this topic.
Please run inxi -Fzxx (you may need to install the package) in a terminal and post the output (as pre-formatted text, using the </> button from the top line of the text entry panel). This will provide the kernel version and hardware details.
How did you install firefox (Fedora rpm, flatpak, etc. – look at
Gnome Software Log Viewer and dnf info firefox for status of the rpm packages).
/var/log/dnf.log is a text file that shows recent dnf activity and may have useful details if there was a problem installing Fedora packages.
There may be useful details for the VirtualBox, and pulseaudio issues from journalctl --no-hostname -b -p <N>|cat where <N> is the “priority”. Try N=3 then larger values (see man journalctl for an explanation). You can also try the grep option (-g ) with string values like pulseaudio` related to your issues.
