[Pitch] Fedora 34 CoreOS Test Day

Fedora CoreOS and QA group is planning to do weeklong testing of FCOS’s next stream which is 34.
I have drafted an announcement and it will very helpful to get this published.
As Fedora 34 is coming closer to GA, having the FCOS tested will help us complete the cycle since the next stream will soon be bumped into testing and finally stable
