I’m wondering when will be released as dnf updated.

According to Fedora’s update policy, major release updates are not packaged within a Fedora life cycle.

From what I see in 1, 2, and 3, v7.0 has just made it into F33. So, for v8.x you will have to wait for F34 or build it yourself.
