I didn’t read all the posts in this thread, but I came to fedora discussion today to start exactly this discussion. I don’t think the last 3 articles keep the standard of fedora magazine. The intro image does not even use the correct font. The articles themselves look more like a rewrite of a man page and some users seem to be reporting issue with their computers after trying the stuff from the article:
This is NOT OK.
I also wrote articles about configuration that might break user’s laptop, but I tried to highlight the dangers, explain why it is needed.
The last article (dracut) does not even mention that playing with your initramfs might break your boot. Again, I don’t think this is OK. And it doesn’t even matter if it is AI generated or not.
