For a first step, the docs home page and especially the introduction page could be a suitable place. Or we can reserve a “box” in the lower row (Quick Docs → ARM) for this.
Based on my experience in our docs team, I would advise against a wiki page. This significantly reduces visibility and presence (seo). We should also avoid introducing a new separate address for it again. The fragmentation of information is a major problem that new users in particular always complain about.
I’ wondering about the “A little bit of risk” of all things in the section stability. Is that because of our semi-annual release cycle? There can’t be any technical reasons, especially in comparison with Ubuntu.
