Issue Updgrading to Fedora 40

I am getting an error trying to upgrade to Fedora 40 and was wondering if anyone has advice on troubleshooting this.

The error is as follows:

As you can probably guess from that I am running System 76 hardware (specifically the prior model Lemur)

Can you please post the command that you entered?

Thanks! That was the error message from the Software updates GUI. I clicked the download button and got a “Unable to upgrade to Fedora Linux 40” error with a “more information” button and that was the additional information revealed by said button.

Added f40, upgrades

I went through the terminal instead and that worked!

Could you share the command, i’m having the same problem.

This is the error message

Error running transaction: package pgdg-fedora-repo-42.0-32PGDG.noarch is already installed  
package pgadmin4-fedora-repo-2-1.noarch is already installed
