How do I enable OpenCL for Blender?

I’ve, manually, installed this repo:

[ROCm] 
name=ROCm
baseurl=http://repo.radeon.com/rocm/yum/rpm
enabled=1
gpgcheck=0

And I have installed rocm-opencl and hsa-ext-rocr-dev.

Still, blender isn’t showing my Radeon VII. I’ve tried using the repo version, the flatpak version and the downloaded version. Nothing works.
