Hardware acceleration does not seem to be working after updating mesa drivers (23.2.1-1). amdgpu indicates it is not accelerating. This was working fine in the previous mesa version.

Also, gnome does not seem to work correctly once the laptop lid is closed. It does not resume the previous session, it just presents you with the login screen and it will give you an empty session. I remember seeing something about this but I do not see it anywhere on the fedora 39 bug tracker. Thanks!
