Continuing the discussion from Discourse AI plugin:
In recent posts about knowledge creation at Ask Fedora, we focused on human factors and improvement of processes to lower barriers. We see duplication of efforts in the name of friendly competition.
We haven’t addressed potential to LLMs. Being the ‘First’ in the Fedora Project, we could harness the power of LLMs and integration of knowledge creation process with Ask Fedora.
I wonder if Flock has interesting sessions on LLMs. I see growing trend (& actual implementation) of LLMs to support tickets and helpers at my work.
- Cutting down siloed knowledge creation at each region
- Automate lots of processes of knowledge discovery
- Structured creation of AI friendly articles
- Monitoring of AI responses and correction
We can scale much faster with LLMs and help focus on new topics and advanced troubleshooting. We can detect issues that are not addressed by LLMs correctly, put resources to improve results, and curate training content.
What LLMs perform best? Is there a barrier to apply to Ask Fedora?
