Hi, I would like to use FirewallD as a firewall, but I get confused with the various pre-set zones.
Is it possible to add a zone and set everything I need in a single zone? Will work?

Or for a gui interface one could install and use firewall-config

Once i setup all rules in my own-created zone, i have to delete all the pre-existing rules set by default in other zones?
About nftables, atm i’m using Iptables, but i find more simple Firewalld, that’s why i would like to change my firewall app.

Hellol, atm i’m using Mint, which i consider a very good OS.
I want to switch to Fedora for the sole reason that it is more up-to-date. This can lead to greater risks both security and stability, i know the risk, but i’ll give a try.
