@negarrasooli please be more specific. On both of your topics I saw, your system info, what Fedora version and DE etc you use, is missing.
There are tons of tutorials in the internet.
In terminal you can search with sudo dnf info *theme to see what is already packed the fedora way. Please read carefully the description to see what applies to your DE etc.
