Fedora 40 Gnome, Update Broke Flatpak apps

After last update unable to open flatpak Apps

$ flatpak run org.gaphor.Gaphor

but if I removed Nvidia Flatpak were working.

Note that I edited your nvidia-smi output and added the preformatted text tags (the </> button on the text entry toolbar) so it now displays as formatted on-screen. Please use those tags when copy & pasting text from your screen so things remain easily readable.

Problem now seems to be solved.

I just installed GPU Profile Selector extension changed to integrated graphics and switch back to Nvidia now it seems to be working fine.

But previously I uninstall and reinstall nvidia driver but it didn’t solve the issue.

You can check this. Its work for me.
