Fc35 mouse artifacts

I am seeing mangled cursor artifacts when moving the mouse
this is with wired logitech mouse
actually had the same issues with fc34

also some weird behavior with windows opening transparent and
jiggling

could this be related to animations?

Try creating a new user then login as that user.

If the issue disappears then it is caused by something you have configured for your normal user and you will have to track it down.

If the issue is still there for the new user then it is likely graphics related.
