F42 Workstation, fresh install, hangs in Initial Setup

I can install F42 from a Live USB stick to a 2TB NVMe SSD, and boot it. It then comes up captive in Initial Setup. I click through it selecting language, keyboard layout, privacy options, location services etc, and get to the TZ selector. There I can enter and find a city (SF, CA, USA in my case) but it doesn’t matter what I enter - when I click Next it always hangs there. The next following screen never shows up. It’s not a panic or seizure since I can interact with the status bar, cmd-select (I have a Mac layout WASD keyboard), etc. But I can’t get past this.

WiFi is disabled and the machine has a 10G PCI card, no 1/2.5g ethernet (device is disabled in BIOS), no BT.

Ideas?

This is unfortunately a known issue in the Fedora GNOME initial setup process.

If you’re able to (I know we shouldn’t assume that everyone uses a mouse), can you click on the map to select a city rather than typing and searching? This apparently works around the issue.
