F41 X11 GNOME cannot recover session after suspend

Hi, have you ever experienced that your session cannot be recovered after waking up system from suspend? From time to time I have this issue. It shows up my desktop with running aps and then suddenly I see a GNOME crash window with log out button (it doesn’t work anyway, so I have to kill X).

gdm[5337]: GLib: Source ID 162 was not found when attempting to remove it
gnome-shell[73443]: Received an X Window System error.
This probably reflects a bug in the program.
The error was ‘XI_BadDevice (invalid Device parameter)’.
(Details: serial 4032498 error_code 129 request_code 131 (XInputExtension) minor_code 48)
(Note to programmers: normally, X errors are reported asynchronously;
that is, you will receive the error a while after causing it.
To debug your program, run it with the MUTTER_SYNC environment
variable to change this behavior. You can then get a meaningful
backtrace from your debugger if you break on the mtk_x_error() function.)

I just updated to F41 and have the exact same issue. Problem does not occur with Wayland.
