F41 Raid issue: Cannot activate LVs in VG while PVs appear on duplicate devices. / Was system not booting after upgrade from F40 to F41

I have upgraded my system with dnf upgrade. I didn’t run into any issue while upgrading. I just noticed that the system didn’t start completly. I had a look in the troubleshooting guide and disabled quiet and rghb to get some more information.
So the boot process stops within the following context:
Welcome to Fedora Linux 41 (Forty one)!
[101.275369] systemd[1]: bpf-restrict-fs: LSM BPF program attached
systemd[1]: bpf-restict-fs: LSM BPF program attached
[147.125079] systemd[1]: Freezing execution.
[!!!] Failed to start up manager.
systemd[1]: Freezing execution

I don’t get any further information. I’m not able to switch to a console with [STRG] + [ALT] + [F2]
How can I get more information where the system get’s stuck? The F40 kernel is also no longer working.
Any ideas?

After further investigating and trying to access the logfiles via the Live version i found out that I’m not able to access LVMs due to the following issue:
Cannot activate LVs in VG home while PVs appear on duplicate devices.
I have a raid config (mirroring). It didn’t cause any issue until i upgraded to F41. I have now unplugged one harddisk and the system boots completly.
Has anyone an idea how that can be fixed without loosing the raid?
