Errors building local flatpak (sqlbrowser)

I keep getting this error, but most recently with trying to build sqlbrowser on Fedora31
Here is the message:

Update:

To the moment, I have abandoned this project due to falling into a dependency sinkhole. Those3 errors were the only ones prohibiting the build, but are also dependent on things that are in various stages of bugs. For example:

qcustomplot, qscintilla and qhexedit2 all depend on various versions of PyQt5, sip, and other files that were also not easily installed. i really liked sqlbrowser and wanted to package, but has proved too difficult and time consuming at the moment. my idea for when I return to this project would be to setup a vm where every tool I need around KDE, PyQt4-5, sip is already preinstalled and goin in with fingers crossed.
