Hello, if you’ve got such troubles with download mirrors, you can always use torrents:

What page are you downloading from?

You should be downloading the fedora workstation image from https://getfedora.org/ and I have never seen a problem with downloading from that site.

When I attempt to download the fedora workstation ISO from mirror.cedia.org.ec it is extremely slow and tells me it will take more than 6 hours to download the one iso.

Yes. But then you are automatically redirected to a mirror.
Probably @xleonmx was unfortunately redirected to such slow mirror.
