Enable Howdy authentication for Flatpak apps

I am using Fedora 34, I have enabled Howdy (Windows Hello type of authentication) and it is working for Gnome login and Sudo. I just enabled the Flathub repository to install Todoist, a Flatpak app.

Every time I open Todoist for the first time after a reboot I get an authentication prompt, I am assuming this is coming from the Flatpak environment, how can I add Howdy to the Flatpak authentication files like for sudo = /etc/pam.d/sudo and gdm = /etc/pam.d/gdm.password by adding the line: auth sufficient pam_python.so /liba64/security/howdy/pam.py?
