eGPU no longer works after upgrading to Fedora 37

I have a Lenovo T490. I have an AMD RX 6650 XT in a Razor Core X. It shows up as:

09:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 23 [Radeon RX 6650 XT] (rev c1)
	Subsystem: XFX Limited Device 6502
	Kernel modules: amdgpu
09:00.1 Audio device: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 21/23 HDMI/DP Audio Controller
Subsystem: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Navi 21/23 HDMI/DP Audio Controller
	Kernel modules: snd_hda_intel

I’m using Gnome and Wayland. My eGPU worked flawlessly with Gnome and Wayland on Fedora 36. I upgraded to Fedora 37 using dnf. My eGPU no longer works. When I launch games, it uses the internal Intel graphics rather than the eGPU. I cannot get any applications to use the eGPU.

[eric@sybil ~]$ DRI_PRIME=1 glxinfo | grep "OpenGL renderer"
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa Intel(R) UHD Graphics 620 (WHL GT2)

Any ideas?

Thank You
