I have problem with new dracut package and dep. packages to properly make initramfs .I manage to dowgrade dracut to make proper initramfs for 6.9.10 & 6.9.11 kernels but with new packages kernel loop with no limit need to stop it and reboot old kernel that is make old dracut. anyone know what could be wrong here is fpaste --sysinfo Dracut wrong - Pastebin Service

When you say “kernel loop”, I take it you mean that there is some line of text being printed repeatedly to the screen? If so, what does the repeating error message say?

I solved issue with adding kernel parameter pcie_aspm=off to boot line.
