Command-not-found reverting to dnf4 for installs

like that could happen with dnf non-root and always took the package name from cnf right to sudo dnf

We discussed this once, that while using dnf with or without sudo you create two different caches.
It is possible to automate, that while using dnf without sudo it will add it for you.
