I’m trying to add a Gmail account and I just keep getting this error message after minutes of “checking password…”
My Gmail account’s IMAP is enabled.
I tried with other gmail/non-gmail accounts and it’s the same…
Any help will be appreciated!
Perhaps Thunderbird doesn’t set up Oauth automatically. This is required by default for Gmail for quite a while now.
Not the help you were expecting but I noticed even though you erased your name and e-mail address at the top of the picture, in the bottom part of the blue IMAP settings part it is stil clearly visible. You might change that.
I tried with OAuth2 and also with autodetect but none worked…
