Can't access Music folder via FTP

I’m sometimes launching vsftpd to access my home directory from another machine. There’s a problem with the Music folder inside my home. vsftpd won’t list it and if I try to access it via FTP, SELinux will send alerts. I’ve checked the SELinux context for this folder, and it’s audio_home_t. Now I’m not sure, is it expected that I can share my home directory but need to do something special for the music folder? Or is it something worth a bug report?

What are the details of the selinux alerts?
Generally the alerts contain enough info to suggest an action, especially if running selinux in permissive mode. Permissive mode should allow access in spite of the alerts and help with trouble shooting.

The setroubleshoot app can provide useful hints hot to fix this. Last time I checked, you have to first install setroubleshoot on Fedora Workstation as someone decided not to include it. The icon for setroubleshoot looks like an engine checklight.
