After 7% the download fails, at least 70 GB is available for the installation procedure, i have no further details to share. However, my internet connection is stable and i have never experienced such things on older releases

Apparently the graphical way is recommended for workstations, so while I’m glad that there is the command line alternative, it would be helpful to have this fixed.
Per Update to Fedora 42 fails in gnome-software it has been reported as a bug already.
A manual upgrade through the terminal, as described above, solved everything. It is important to ensure all fingerprints match (security reasons).

Also, looking at the command’s output, some files weren’t available (404).
So, after the latest update the download seems to work.
