I have the problem that the boot sometimes is stuck:
I don’t know if that is related, but sometimes LUKS is asking for the password multiple times.
This happens not always. Sometimes it starts normally.

When you see the boot get stuck on type ESC to remove the splash screen and show the boot up messages. What do you see?
If I type my LUKS password wrong I see it prompt again until I get it right.
Also if I have more then one LUKS volume I prompted for each one some times even when they have the same password.

I see your system had hibernated.
Could be that it cannot recover from being hibernated.
Hmm, let me watch that the next time. Perhaps it is a false-hibernate (the system thinks it was hibernated before when it in fact wasn’t), because I do not remember that I hibernated before. I think I just restarted it, booted into Windows, restarted it and wanted to boot into Fedora.
