100 meters would be under ideal conditions – no 2.4 GHz wifi within miles, visually clear path, etc. (maybe between two spacecraft!). Antenna placement (both WiFi and BT) can make a huge difference, but options are usually limited. My Dell desktop came with an external antenna with two radio-frequency signal cables about 1m long, so I mounted it on a spring clamp that I can attach to a bookshelf that has a clear path to my desktop and seating area.
