Hello, I keep having audio problems where the audio is just horrible and packed with stutters, I believe it has something to do with my audio drivers because when using my bluetooth headset or the in built speakers it has the same problem. But when I plug in earphones, I have a constant background white hush like a static radio. How can I find what is the problem?
Iam not sure why the stuttering is happening, but when you earphones are connected—producing a radio like sound—it might be that you are connected to HSP/HFP rather than A2DP(High quality). You should switch to A2DP playback.
But honsetly i dont think changing this might fix this issue atleast with your earphones as there is issue with the whole sound system, but why not give it a try.
