Getting this error last few weeks. Updating worked fine before.

Is it something to do with networking? Recently installed nmtui to connect to Wifi as a backup but continue using Ethernet as the primary connection.
You are on the long deprecated, unsupported, and unmaintained Arch Linux ARM-based alpha. We shut down the update mirrors for that recently, since they haven’t been updated in a very long time.
Reinstall Fedora Asahi Remix or visit https://asahi-alarm.org/ and join their Matrix to ask how to migrate over to their repos if you really want to keep using an Arch ARM-based distro (not recommended as we do not consider Arch Linux ARM to be a production quality distro, it’s not Arch Linux and not officially supported by Arch Linux and does not match the quality of upstream Arch Linux).
