Are the fresh install Nvidia drivers rpmfusion?

Just a little confused here.

A fresh install of Fedora can’t provide non-free drivers, so the answer is no.

On systems without any iGPU and using an Nvidia dGPU, the Fedora installer uses nouveau a free reverse-engineered driver developed by members of the linux community that does not take full advantage of the expensive Nvidia hardware, often works well for non-demanding graphics, but may not always work with very new Nvidia hardware. There are efforts to develop better “free” drivers, and Nvidia is working on a way to put all their proprietary “secret sauce” in “binary blobs”. That is how drivers for many other devices compromise between the needs of the open source community and secret sauces.

So how do I install rpmfusion Nvidia drivers?

See: rpmfusion Nvidia Howto, which starts with:

The prerequisite is to have followed the Configuration page to have at least the RPM Fusion nonfree section available.
