Hello!
On F40 Cinnamon, sometimes the sound from my browser suddenly becomes quieter. When I open Sound Settings → Applications, I see that the browser’s volume is less than 100%, even though I never change application-specific volumes. The exact percentage changes every time, but it’s always in the 70’s or up. I bump it back up to 100%, then after pausing and playing again it might go back down again. This behavior is sporadic and the volume change is different every time.
Has anyone run into this problem?
Any suggestions as to where to look to get to the source of this?
