Any idea about cannot access repo after upgraded from Fedora35 to 37?

Thanks, tried and still failed. Below discussion solved my problem.
The history is very long, the answer is short for my problem.

Append “zchunk=false” to "/etc/dnf/dnf.conf ".

Here is my settings now:
[main]
gpgcheck=True
installonly_limit=3
clean_requirements_on_remove=True
best=False
skip_if_unavailable=True
zchunk=false

IME the easiest way to check for free space is to use df. If / or /var is nearly full you could probably free up some space by using dnf clean all then retry the update. Having /home on the same disk as / with btrfs means that if you download a lot you can easily fill up the drive with what you have in /home and take up the space needed for the OS.
