I started with Linux about year 1996 - Slackware - during studying time. Then occasionally Red Hat 7.0 and different versions of Ubuntu. Several of Linux solutions I was using as a backup-storage solutions to limit costs. I decided to fully switch to Linux starting with Fedora 33. The main reason was to use the same shared architecture in private time and in working time. Fedora/Centos/RedHat. This til today gives me plenty of new opportunities to have fun and improve my productivity and understanding of IT technologies. My main tasks are IT Strategy and IT Architecture. My favorite version is … Rawhide - I switched to it once, did not know how to switch back so “I stayed”. Using Rawhide is for me important feedback to the community. I accepted rules for development process so my focus is also give synergy effect back to community.
I am really happy by using Fedora.
